Do I need to schedule a meet and greet before my first visit?
Yes, always. We never send a team member to your home without a prior introduction. The meet and greet is free and takes about 30 minutes. It's how we build your pet's care plan and make sure everyone is comfortable. Schedule your free meet and greet to get started.
What services do you offer?
We offer in-home pet sitting (drop-in visits while you travel), dog walking (20, 30, 45, and 60-minute walks), cat sitting, and house checks (home monitoring with full interior walkthrough). See our pricing page for current rates.
Are you insured and bonded?
Yes. Away Home & Pet Care carries full commercial liability insurance and bonding. All team members are W-2 employees, background-checked, and CPR and First Aid certified. We are also members of Pet Sitters International.
