How onboarding works

Most new clients are fully set up in a day or two. Here's what to expect.

   Review our pricing

   Check the pricing page before you fill anything out. Dog walking starts at $30 per visit. Pet sitting and cat sitting are priced per visit. No surprises when you sit down to sign up. See pricing

   Submit the new client form

   Tell us about your pet and what kind of care you're looking for. Takes about five minutes.

3. 03
   Schedule a free meet and greet

   We'll come to your home to meet your pet, pick up a key, and walk through your routine. No charge for the visit.

4. 04
   Set up your Time to Pet profile

   We'll add you to Time to Pet, the client portal where you request visits, approve visit reports, and pay invoices. See how it works

5. 05
   Book your first visit

   Once your profile is active, request your first walk or pet-sitting visit through Time to Pet. We'll confirm and get you on the schedule. About the app

Common questions

How long does onboarding take?

The new client form takes about five minutes. We typically follow up the same business day to schedule your free meet and greet. Most clients are fully set up and on the schedule within two to three days.

Do I need a meet and greet before my first visit?

Yes. The meet and greet is free and takes about 30 minutes at your home. It lets our care team meet your pet, collect a key, and go over your routine before the first visit.

How do I pay for services?

Invoices are sent and paid through Time to Pet, your client portal. We accept major credit and debit cards. If you have questions before booking, see our FAQs or check current pricing.
