Common questions
How long does onboarding take?
The new client form takes about five minutes. We typically follow up the same business day to schedule your free meet and greet. Most clients are fully set up and on the schedule within two to three days.
Do I need a meet and greet before my first visit?
Yes. The meet and greet is free and takes about 30 minutes at your home. It lets our care team meet your pet, collect a key, and go over your routine before the first visit.
What happens at the meet and greet?
A free, relaxed visit at your home, usually about 30 minutes. A member of your care team meets your pet, walks through their routine, picks up a key or learns your entry method, and answers every question you have. No commitment, no sales pitch. It's our chance to make sure your pet feels comfortable with us before the first paid visit.
How do I pay for services?
Invoices are sent and paid through Time to Pet, your client portal. We accept major credit and debit cards. If you have questions before booking, see our FAQs or check current pricing.
