Request your visits

Do I need to use Time to Pet to book a walk?

Yes. Away Home & Pet Care schedules all visits through Time to Pet. It's where you request services, review your schedule, and approve invoices. Setup takes about 2 minutes after your meet and greet.

Is Time to Pet free for clients?

Yes. Time to Pet is completely free for clients. You'll never pay a platform fee or subscription charge. The app is free to download on iPhone and Android.

Where do I download the app?

Search "Time to Pet" in the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). You can also log in from any web browser at timetopet.com/portal/ahpc.

What shows up in the visit report?

Every report includes a care checklist from the visit, a note from the team member, photos of your pet, and a GPS map for dog walks showing the route with check-in and check-out times.

Can I message my care team through the app?

Yes. Time to Pet has two-way messaging built in. Send a note from the app or web portal and your care team will respond. All messages stay in one thread so nothing gets lost.
