Do I need to use Time to Pet to book a walk?
Yes. Away Home & Pet Care schedules all visits through Time to Pet. It's where you request services, review your schedule, and approve invoices. Setup takes about 2 minutes after your free meet and greet.
Is Time to Pet free for clients?
Yes. Time to Pet is completely free for clients. You'll never pay a platform fee or subscription charge. The app is free to download on iPhone and Android.
Where do I download the app?
Search "Time to Pet" in the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). You can also log in from any web browser at timetopet.com/portal/ahpc.
What shows up in the visit report?
