Bonneville Shoreline Trail, North Ogden Segment

Runs along the Wasatch foothills east of North Ogden, gaining roughly 1,272 feet with open ridge views. Terrain is packed dirt and rocky singletrack, best spring through fall.

Tip. Park at the North Ogden Canyon Road trailhead off 2600 North. Spring can be muddy; aim for May or later.
Pioneer Trail, North Ogden Canyon to North Ogden Divide

Starting at the Pioneer Trailhead on Mountain Road, this singletrack climbs through forested terrain to the North Ogden Divide with 1,367 feet of gain and views of Ogden Valley. Loose rock and rattlesnakes on west-facing sections in warm months.
Leash required, Uinta-Wasatch-Cache National Forest
Tip. Large parking area at the Pioneer Trailhead. North-facing slopes hold snow late, plan for late April or later. Stream crossing early in season.
Ben Lomond Peak via North Skyline Trail

Starts at the North Ogden Divide trailhead and climbs 3,585 feet to Ben Lomond Peak at 9,712 feet. Long ridgeline switchbacks with sweeping views of Weber County.

Tip. Paved parking for ~30 vehicles with restrooms at the North Ogden Divide Trailhead. Plan a full day. Best June through October.
